RUTH K. LIEBERMANN
Managing Director of HR Insourcing LLC.

Ms. Liebermann brings over 25 years of significant national and international human resources experience to the company. Previously, she founded and was the Managing Director of The HR Department LLC from 1999-2002, while revenues more than doubled. Ms. Liebermann has experience in both public and private companies involved in manufacturing, consulting and high technology fields, as part of Cummins Engine Company, Indivers N.V., Bain & Company, GTE Products Corporation, Polaroid Corporation and EG&G, Inc. and nearly 100 mid-size and smaller companies. Her responsibilities for human resource issues have involved establishing ongoing benefits cost containment measures, implementing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, HR systems analysis & conversion, mergers and acquisitions, among others.

Internationally, Ms. Liebermann has had responsibility for international human resource issues in her corporate assignments and also as an independent consultant for multi-national companies while living in the Netherlands. Her work while overseas included executive search, career pathing and organizational development for local national employees.

Ms. Liebermann’s academic background includes a M.B.A. from Columbia Graduate School of Business in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Skidmore College. Professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and the American Compensation Association (ACA). She has also been active in member and spousal programs for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). She is the author of a book and CD-ROM entitled Au Pairing Up!, available in most bookstores and on-line. Ms. Liebermann has been to all the continents and visited over 50 countries.

Locally, Ms. Liebermann lives with her husband on the North Shore of Boston where she is involved in sports, civic activities / local Boards of Advisors.  They have two young adult children.

 

AMY FLUENTES 
Office Support

Amy joined HR Insourcing’s team in 2011 as Office Support. Amy has gained administrative experience while serving in the United States Marine Corps, where she worked in her Company Training Office, providing direct support to the Company Commanding Officer and Company Sergeant Major. She was on active duty from 2001 to 2006 until she was honorably discharged. Amy graduated from Bunker Hill Community College in 2009 with an Associate Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in World Emphasis Studies. Amy continued her education at Northeastern University, where she graduated in 2011 earning a BS in Psychology and a Minor in Business.

NANCY BERKELEY
Associate 

Joining the team in 2003, Nancy brings over 20 years of HR experience from start-up ventures to Fortune 50 manufacturers. Consulting to senior management on strategic and operational Human Resources issues, she is credited with designing, implementing and managing HR functions and initiatives over a rapid growth period from 5 to 500 employees operating in Europe and the U.S. Nancy has defined and advanced the HR functions within public and private companies in industries such as energy, medical devices, contract manufacturing, business software, and professional services. She is a highly skilled human resources expert in employee relations, change management, employment, organization design/development, EEO/AA, compensation, benefits administration and company acquisitions and subsequent business/human resources integration.

GNI GROSSMAN
Associate

Gni Grossman has been active in the human resources field for over 25 years. As a generalist her experience covers all areas of human resources including employee relations, recruiting, benefits and compensation, policy and procedure design and implementation and operations. Gni has worked in many different industries including financial services, healthcare, legal and information technology development. She joined HR Insourcing several years ago and has been providing outsourced human resources and consulting services to entrepreneurial companies in the Boston area. Gni holds a Bachelors degree from the Johns Hopkins University.

LYNN SANGLIER
Associate

Joining HRI in 2011, Lynn is an experienced human resource professional with over 17 years of experience. Lynn began her career as an executive recruiter and then as human resources director for various industries both in the private and public sector. She has supported organizations in multiple states with employees ranging from 25-1200. Lynn graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Administration, and she holds certificates in Professional in Human Resources and Compensation Management Specialist. Ms. Sanglier is a member of Society for Human Resource Management and Northeast Human Resources Association.

JAMIE GRANT

Jamie has a wealth of experience in negotiating, structuring, valuing and closing mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructurings and leveraged buy-outs. Over his career, Jamie has managed over 50 engagements for clients in a variety of industries including: industrial products and services, electronics, manufacturing, capital equipment, business services, information technology and consumer products.

Beyond his transactional work Jamie has been called upon to speak to professional organizations including the American Bankruptcy Institute, MIT Enterprise Forum, CapitalVenue, TMA, MIMC, and a variety of continuing education programs. He has been a resource to the media providing analysis of corporate finance trends, and has been a resource to the Boston Business Journal, Boston Herald, The Daily Deal, The Eagle Tribune, Bankrate, Upside, Board Member Magazine, CNET.com, Mass High Tech and the Austin American-Statesman. He has also served as a consultant or as an expert witness on the valuation of companies and intellectual property.

In addition to representing successful growth companies in mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions, Jamie has represented distressed companies with divestitures, bankruptcy sales, and out-of-court restructurings. He has successfully executed 363 sales and financial restructurings for clients in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in Delaware, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia.

Prior to joining Mirus Capital Advisors, Jamie held management positions with Newmarket Software (now Newmarket International) and Starwood Corporation. He serves as Mirus’ compliance officer and is a Registered Securities Principal holding Series 7, 24 and 63 FINRA certifications. He received his BA from the University of New Hampshire.


ETHAN LIEBERMANN

Ethan Liebermann brings a wealth of experience to TA Associates, one of the most experienced private equity firms in the industry.  With $12 billion in capital under management, TA Associates has successfully targeted middle market companies and opportunities across a wide array of industries during its 40-year history.  Working as an Associate in the Healthcare and Services Group, Ethan is responsible for identifying private healthcare IT, healthcare facilities and restaurant companies to build relationships with CEOs in order to facilitate proprietary investment opportunities. He conducts in-depth due diligence, financial analysis, structuring and execution of private investments.  His transactional experience includes majority and minority recapitalizations and leveraged buy-outs of growing healthcare and restaurant companies.

Prior to TA Associates, Ethan worked for Banc of America Securities, LLC.  There he was an Analyst for the Global Healthcare Corporate and Investment Banking division.  His transaction experience included Merger and Acquisitions advisory and equity and debt underwriting for life sciences, medical technology and healthcare services companies valued at $44 million to $11.5 billion.  Clients included Blackstone Group, Goldman Sachs PIA, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Company, Texas Pacific Group, Baxter International, SenoRx and Draxis Health.  Ethan’s primary responsibilities included detailed financial models and analyses, valuation and due diligence.

Ethan has a B.A. in Economics and Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.  In addition to being on the Board of Advisors for HR Insourcing, LLC, Ethan is involved with Junior Achievement and Phillips Academy in volunteer and board capacities.
