Situation: The CFO was too involved with decisions regarding HR programs and employee actions, diverting attention from higher level business and financial challenges. Management needed to gain confidence in the HR function to alleviate their day-to-day HR responsibilities.

Action: Daily activities and job descriptions were analyzed by HR Insourcing, and responsibilities to streamline processes while developing common training practices.
